Genaptic, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that builds and licenses desktop-native AI applications. These Legal Notices apply to Genaptic's corporate website and public marketing materials. They are separate from Genaptic's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, product terms, EULAs, master services agreements, data processing addenda, order forms, support policies, statements of work, and other written agreements. If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls for the applicable product, service, evaluation, preview, support engagement, download, or deployment.

Trademark notices

Genaptic™, Gent™, and related names, logos, product names, graphics, and trade dress are trademarks, service marks, or claimed trademarks of Genaptic, Inc.. U.S. federal trademark applications for GENAPTIC — Serial No. 99708881 — and GENT — Serial No. 99708921 — are pending. Pending applications do not guarantee registration. You may not use Genaptic marks without Genaptic's prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Other names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

Product and roadmap notices

Website content may describe current or planned products, features, integrations, or capabilities. Unless expressly included in a signed agreement or product-specific terms, website content is provided for informational purposes only and is not a binding commitment, warranty, roadmap promise, service-level obligation, or professional advice.

AI and professional-use notice

Genaptic products and related AI features may generate code, text, workflows, analyses, summaries, suggestions, or other outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, noncompliant, unsuitable for a specific purpose, or subject to third-party rights. Customers and users are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving outputs before relying on them, deploying them, submitting them to third parties, or using them in legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, compliance, security, or other professional contexts.

Third-party services, model providers, and integrations

Genaptic products or workflows may interact with third-party model providers, APIs, repositories, package managers, cloud services, deployment targets, identity providers, or other integrations. When a customer or user configures a third-party provider, API key, integration, repository, package manager, cloud service, or deployment target, that third-party service is governed by the customer's relationship with that provider. Genaptic does not control third-party services, their availability, their security practices, or their use of data except as expressly stated in a Genaptic agreement.

Open-source and third-party notices

Genaptic products may include, link to, or interoperate with third-party software, open-source components, model providers, APIs, frameworks, packages, or services. Third-party materials are subject to their own terms, notices, and licenses. Product-specific third-party notices, if any, control for the applicable product.

Export, sanctions, and compliance

You may not access, download, use, export, re-export, or transfer Genaptic software, services, technical information, or related materials in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws.
